We are a fast growing company! With all the challenges it implies! We are the European leaders in infrastructure as a service using open source software such as OpenStack.

The market for secure and regulatory compliant IT-infrastructure is huge. Gartner expect the international market to grow by xxx by the next 3 years, and we will take on at least some of that cake, primarily in Sweden but also in the European market. Almost every day you can read about this in the papers on the web, how companies struggled with challenges to fulfil the regulatory demands and still be able to innovate in an ever so fast IT evolution.

Our customers today is for example banks, insurance companies, security branch, car industry, media companies and we are focusing hard on our Compliant Cloud offering, which is perfect service for almost every Enterprise company out there.

As a member of our Customer Engagement Team we would like you to be aware of the following

As a Key Account Manager at City Network you will primarily be responsible for managing, retaining and increasing our business with assigned existing customers. You will be in charge of ensuring that we teach, tailor and focus our offering and delivery in a way that ensures continuous Customer retention. Customers expects to get world class communication and together with your guidance they will be able to innovate through Open IT-infrastructure making the cooperation a win-win situation. You will be able to guide, support and motivate your customers to make the most of the relationship with City Network in their journey towards a flexible and sustainable solutions. 

Your daily task will include a close relation with representatives on all organisational levels both with your customer and internally, ie IT operations, Vendor Management, C level decision makers, our Service Delivery Managers, our Solution architects and  other members of the City Network Sales, Marketing and Customer Engagement team. 

You should be able to quickly adapt into new customer teams and project groups. We are all in it for our customers, and if everyone in the team get the best possible support and guidance, we strongly believe we can make miracle happen.

Required skills:

-Excellent social skills and a team player.

-Excellent listening skills and the ability to translate customer needs to measurable actions.

-Excellent verbal communication and writing skills to effectively present information to, customers, management, and colleagues.

-Have proven experience from Challenger Sales Model or similar

-Proven ability to develop strategy as well as write, communicate, facilitate and present to all level of IT, internal staff, and management.

-Basic understanding of networking technologies (VLANs, sub netting, etc.)and how it relates to customers demands.

-An understanding of the basic features and benefits of using programmable IT infrastructure.

Daily operation duties (among others):

-Manage and monitor customer contracts and relationships to ensure retention

-Schedule and conduct meetings new members of customer organisation to identify new potential business within the customer accounts.

-Win new contracts with customers and grow revenue from assigned accounts 

-Document all meetings and other required information.

-Reporting all activities in our CRM-system.

-Responsibility of customer agreements.

-Understand and execute on risks and consequences regarding signed agreements.

Employment conditions:

Full time with 6 weeks vacation (6 months probationary employment)

Salary: TBD

City Network has signed a collective agreement with Almega 'IT-Telekomföretagen'.

All City Network employees is assessed yearly through a screening process.
