As an Account Manager at City Network you will be primarily responsible for our customers to experience world class communication and, together with your guidance, they will be able to innovate through Open IT-infrastructure making the cooperation a win-win-win situation. You will need to be flexible to deliver customer value, maintain sales focus and take ownership as project manager for both internal and external activities. You will also be expected to develop the AM-role into a role that will take us into our expanding future toward our vision.

You will be working with some of Scandinavia's leading companies and help them not only innovate but be part and guide them through their digital transformation journey.

You should be able to quickly adapt within new teams and project groups, both externally and internally. Also, be proactive in taking responsibility and to recognise the contribution of all team members and coaching them into giving their best possible performance. We are all in it for our customers and if everyone in the team gets the best possible support and guidance, we strongly believe we can make the impossible happen.

Your leadership style will need to be : courageous, respectful, inspiring and act as a role model with strong moral foundation.

You will have to be driven, entrepreneurial and be able to put ideas into action. The position is available both in Karlskrona and in Stockholm.


-Excellent social skills and a team player.

-Excellent verbal communication and writing skills to effectively present information to management, colleagues, and clients.

- Organizational skills where you are the one leading proactive communication at all levels with customers.

- Knowledge of infrastructure as a service. Solutions that are being used today from the operating system layer to how a solution can be tied together over two data centers.

- Understanding how to develop a customer both in the sense of where the customer needs to go and a success - as well as into a good customer.

- Overview understanding of networking technologies (VLANs, sub netting, etc.).

- Overview understanding of storage functions such as NFS and Ceph.

- Experience with cloud technologies such as OpenStack, Azure or AWS.

- Proven ability to develop strategy as well as write, communicate, facilitate and present to all levels of IT, internal staff, and management.

- Your daily tasks will also include close cooperation with our Operations and Sales teams.


-Develop and drive customer satisfaction and opportunity identification/ownership.

-Responsibility for customer agreements.

-Understand and execute on risks and consequences regarding signed agreements.

-Drive and lead both internal and external projects.

-Increase customer interaction with City Network.

-Document all meetings and other required information to ensure quality of the delivery.

-Develop and strengthen relations with all co-workers.


Full time with 6 weeks vacation (6 months probationary employment).

Recruitment process includes: technical assessment, personality assessment and if applicable also group assessment.

Salary conditions: Fixed salary (75%) + variable revenue target (15%) + MBO (Management by Objective) (10%).

Company car.

City Network has signed a collective agreement with Almega 'IT-Telekomföretagen'.

All City Network employees are assessed annually through a screening process.
